Bonita Springs, FL – (September 15, 2015) – McKibbon Hotel Management, Inc., an award-winning leader in the hotel development and management industry, has recently acquired two new management contracts in Bonita Springs, Florida, from Wheelock Street Capital, a private real estate investment firm. Effective August 31, McKibbon Hotel Management will manage the Homewood Suites on Highland Woods Blvd. and the Hampton Inn on Crown Lake Blvd.

McKibbon Hotel Management is a familiar face in the Lee County area. The company developed and manages four other hotels including the Residence Inn on Colonial Blvd. owned by American Realty Capital (ARC) the Springhill Suites on Market Place Rd. and the Courtyard Gulf Coast Town Center on Gulf Center Drive both owned by Noble Investment Group and the Residence Inn on Gulf Center Drive owned by McKibbon. McKibbon employs a total of 145 employees in Lee County and nearly 2,500 employees company-wide.

The acquisition of the two management contracts from Wheelock Street Capital brings McKibbon Hotel Management’s total number of managed hotels to 83 properties for nine different ownership groups in 13 states.
