Dallas, US – 23 June 2015 – Maxxton, a global leader of hospitality ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions for the lodging sector, is pleased today to announce that it has integrated with SiteMinder's leading cloud platform for hotel online distribution.

The real-time integration of Maxxton's single database solution, Newyse, with SiteMinder's Channel Manager will enable Maxxton's varied clients to seamlessly manage their rates and inventory across more than 250 distribution channels. Newyse incorporates a property management system, central reservation system, CRM, POS and other features, to enable hotels and vacation rentals to manage their entire operation.

Maxxton boasts more than 30 international brands with varied inventory including hotels, resorts and vacation rentals.

"Brands that appeal to both the traditional hotel and emerging vacation rental markets are looking for property management systems and central reservation systems that are able to support varied inventory with multiple owners across select distribution channels," says Chris Connar, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Maxxton.

"This hybrid model requires a solution that can satisfy reservations on an individual type level as well as the physical accommodation."

David Chestler, EVP Global Enterprise Sales & Business Development at SiteMinder, adds: "Maxxton is a great example of how the boundaries of standard inventory are lowering to enable distribution channels to offer a broader range of content than ever before. This content includes alternative inventory which will enhance the online competition with standard accommodations and provide greater choice for travellers.

"The stage is set for markets with new inventory to engage and convert the traveller, as well as the property owners and operators. Maxxton is at the centre of this effort and enabling commerce with great efficiency through their integration partnership with SiteMinder."
