CHARLOTTE, North Carolina – May 14, 2019 – Clear Sky Software, Inc. ® is pleased to announce that the Westin New York at Times Square has installed Clear Sky BEVERAGE, the company’s beverage management system.  This busy hotel chose Clear Sky Software to help control all beer, liquor and wine inventory.  This system is a comprehensive, perpetual inventory system that tracks and controls all beverage products.  Functions include purchasing, receiving, outlet transfers/issues/returns and physical inventory.  Additional features allow management to report product fast-movers, slow- movers, cost variances, and order/vendor discrepancies.  An expanded event management module is also part of the core system installed at the Westin.  This bar code-based software, hardware, and services combination is helping the hotel manage their entire beverage inventory with more efficiency and maintain lower beverage costs.
