RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform sales presentations and answer business and technical questions.
  • Test new software releases and document findings.
  • Run application “Sales Training Schools” and maintain sales documentation.
  • Maintain application-related documentation for distribution.
  • Assisting internal and external partners to identify, qualify and close pre-sales opportunites
  • Working with the regional sales managers to coordinate efforts between prospects, partners and customers
  • Clearly understanding customer pain point and projects and effectively positioning the Cenium solutions accordingly
  • Conducting onsite and web presentations, demonstrations and proof-of concept demonstrations
  • Installing and supporting customer evaluations
  • Responding timely to technical pre-sales inquiries.
  • Providing feedback to product management and marketing organization or customer needs and issues
  • Creating write-ups for Technical and customer and prospect interactions
  • Day and Overnight travel is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two years in PMS or POS support and/or Installations
  • Understanding of Client/Server and Service Oriented Architecture, Windows Server, VMware and MS-SQL
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, including Word, Excel and creating effective PowerPoint presentations.
  • Candidates with competitive enterprise CRS, PMS, or POS experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Ski, Casino Gaming and Resort experience required.
