DOTHAN, AL (OCTOBER 16, 2017) – LBA Hospitality, a full-scale hotel management, development and consulting firm, is pleased to announce management of the Fairfield Inn & Suites Houston Pasadena in Texas.

The Marriott-branded hotel is owned by the Principals of Details Hotel Group and is now operated and managed by LBA Hospitality. With the addition of this property to the their portfolio, LBA Hospitality now manages over 70 properties throughout the southeast.

While this relationship marks the first time LBA Hospitality and Details Hotel Group have collaborated, the Fairfield Inn & Suites Houston Pasadena is the 3rd hotel LBA manages in the Houston metro area.

“We are thrilled to partner with Details Hotel Group to operate and manage this property in Pasadena,” says LBA Hospitality President, Beau Benton. “We look forward to operating this property based on our company’s elevated standards, reinforcing LBA’s longstanding dedication to providing exceptional guest experiences.”

The property boasts 70 guest rooms on four floors and is easily accessible to Houston landmarks and attractions including Space Center Houston, Discovery Green, Pasadena Civic Center, Big League Dreams Sports Park, Galveston Island, Royal Purple Raceway, and more. Situated nearby three major airports including William P. Hobby Airport and George Bush Intercontinental Airport, the hotel’s prime location attracts leisure and business groups as well as convention-goers and sports enthusiasts.

The hotel, which is less than two years old, has a variety of room options, all of which include a work space with a flexible, ergonomic desk and chair, a mini-refrigerator and microwave. Free hot breakfast is served daily and guests may enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property. Additionally, the hotel offers free and on-site parking, a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor pool and a business center.

LBA acquired management rights on Saturday, August 26, 2017, days before Hurricane Harvey hit in Southeast Texas. In response, LBA Hospitality has provided immediate financial assistance to two associates who had major or total losses, made generous donations to LBA’s C.A.R.E.S. program to support their efforts and worked with Houston United Way to coordinate collecting items that would be of use to the community in need. The company as a whole continues to send their thoughts and prayers to those affected by the storm as Texas families and friends find their new normal following the tragedy brought on by the hurricane.
