DOTHAN, Ala. (Dec. 18, 2018) – LBA Hospitality has added five hotels to their growing portfolio of managed properties throughout the Southeast United States. Branded under Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide and Hyatt Corporation, their latest acquisition adds 584 guest rooms to LBA’s inventory of more than 70+ hotel properties. The five new properties include Home2 Suites (Katy, Texas), Residence Inn and Spring Hill Suites (Lake Charles, Louisiana), TownePlace Suites Miami Airport (Miami, Florida), and Hyatt Place Jacksonville Airport (Jacksonville, Florida).

“As our portfolio expands, we are able to add more than 150 associates to the LBA family and expand the LBA culture of community and service to these four markets, said LBA President Beau Benton.”

Overseeing the hospitality division for LBA, COO Farrah Adams adds, “Geographically, these properties are a perfect complement to our portfolio.  As I visited each of these locations and met our new team members, I was reminded of our core mission; people first. Adding three Marriotts, another Hilton and expanding our brand footprint with the Hyatt Place demonstrates the growth of the company and provides a wonderful opportunity of development for our associates.”

Home2 Suites in Katy, Texas is LBA’s fourth hotel in the Houston area. The 92-room, all-suite hotel is just a short distance from many of Katy’s largest corporations, the Houston Energy Corridor and Katy Mills Mall. The pet-friendly property offers spacious studio and one-bedroom accommodations with full kitchens in each, as well as an outdoor pool with fire pits and BBQ grill patio-side, complimentary breakfast at the Inspired Table™ and Spin2 Cycle Center – a unique combined laundry and fitness facility. In addition, two modern meeting rooms can accommodate up to 100 people.

Located in southwest Louisiana, the Residence Inn and Spring Hill Suites in Lake Charles welcome visitors looking to explore the Creole Nature Trail, award-winning golf courses, 75-plus festivals and high-rolling casinos. Combined, the two properties offer 200 one- and two-bedroom suites, with fully equipped kitchens in the Residence Inn units. While the Residence Inn is tailormade for smaller groups, Spring Hill Suites boasts more than 3,000 square feet of meeting space, with the largest room accommodating up to 300 guests. Free hot breakfast are also included with each overnight stay, as well as evening socials during The Mix® on select nights at Residence Inn.

Just two miles from the main entrance of Miami International Airport, TownePlace Suites Miami Airport is the area’s newest airport hotel, offering 165 stylish suites in studio and one- and two-bedroom options. Designed for extended-stay travelers, all rooms include full kitchens with stainless steel appliance and granite countertops, adjustable work spaces, flat screen TVs and luxurious bedding. An expanded lobby area includes a full-service bar, light food menu and specialty coffee drinks. Complimentary breakfast is also included. Corporate parks, Dolphin Mall and diverse dining options are all within minutes of the hotel.

Hyatt Place Jacksonville Airport is just minutes from the international airport and provides easy access to River City Marketplace, Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens, the scenic Riverwalk area and Northeast Florida’s pristine beaches. All 127 guest rooms feature Hyatt Grand Beds® and state-of-the-art work centers with free Wi-Fi. The pet-friendly property also features the Stay Fit® fitness center, an on-site restaurant and complimentary airport shuttle service.
