This considerable growth in its revenue is a result of 30% boost in OTA booking and 10% increase in direct booking coming via its brand website.

La Alhambra Apart Hotel has been using Hotelogix since last 3 years and has seen many benefits. “Thanks to the PMS and Channel Manager Integration, we have been able to work with OTAs quite efficiently. This has brought us 30% more OTA bookings. Additionally, the website booking engine integration has led to a 10% increase in direct bookings. Before adopting Hotelogix, La Alhambra Apart Hotel was using its in-house on-premise PMS. However, it was a basic application which was not user-friendly. It couldn’t get integrated with a channel manager, thus preventing the management from updating OTAs in real-time. This also led to overbooking. “Moreover, we couldn’t access the PMS from outside of our property. But with Hotelogix, we have successfully managed to handle this. I live in Argentina and the hotel is located in Brazil. Now, I can access the system using their Mobile Hotel App from anywhere in the world,” Gaston further says.
