Stand-out Hilton Orrington team member, Juanita Seaton, has been named the Illinois Hotel & Lodging Association’s (IHLA’s) 2017 ‘Guest Service Employee of the Year’.
For the past 20 years, Juanita has been an integral part of the customer service team at The Orrington, serving as the hotel’s PBX operator. In that role she has consistently provided guests with superior quality service.
The prestigious award was presented at a luncheon this week with over 1,000 people in attendance, and honored Juanita for her outstanding accomplishments, service and leadership in the hospitality industry.
