Leading independent asset management firm adds depth to leadership team

Washington, DC., October 8, 2019– eXceed Hospitality Asset Advisors, a leading hotel and resort advisory firm, announced today that Jim Biggar has joined the firm as Partner. In making this announcement, Troy Bennett, eXceed Hospitality Asset Advisors Founder said “Today’s lodging environment is increasingly complex and high net worth ownership groups and small investment companies increasingly seek out seasoned advisory to help maximize their investments. At eXceed, we believe strongly that asset management and advisory should only be provided by those who have experienced the cyclical nature of real estate investment and understand the tools available today. This is a skill that cannot be delegated. I am delighted to bring Jim on as Partner to strengthen the firm’s resources and capabilities.”
