Jim Amorosia Joins American Hotel and Lodging Association Board of Directors

DALLAS, March 13, 2015 — Jim Amorosia, President and CEO of G6 Hospitality LLC has joined the Board of Directors of the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA), the sole national association representing all segments of the 1.8 million-employee lodging industry. The 2015 Board of Directors represents the full scope of the lodging sector, including brands, owners and REITs, management companies, independents, and state associations.

“Joining the AH&LA’s Board of Directors provides G6 Hospitality the opportunity to play an important and active role to further contribute to what we know will be exciting times of growth in our industry,” Amorosia said. “I’m eager to bring a fresh perspective to the board with the thought leadership, agility, and innovation G6 brands are known for.”

The AH&LA board meets twice yearly to discuss a broad range of industry and association-related issues. The new board of directors was appointed by the AH&LA Nominating Committee in accordance with the AH&LA Bylaws.
