ARLINGTON, Va., June 1, 2017– Interstate Hotels & Resorts– the leading global hotel management company – announces that the Company has executed year-to-date 24 hotel management agreements aggregating to 4,287 rooms including hotels under development or construction. With these additions, Interstate continues to strengthen its offering, creating tailored management solutions to improve hotel performance.

Hotels under management as of this year include the Hilton San Francisco Financial District, Las Alcobas Napa Valley and the Minneapolis Marriott Northwest in the U.S., and Ibis Styles Leeds City Centre Arena and Hamptonby Hilton Aberdeen Westhill in the U.K.

Located in the financial district across from Chinatown, the 543-room Hilton San Francisco Financial District is surrounded by rich culture and a vibrant entertainment scene. The Las Alcobas Napa Valley offers 68 luxurious rooms and suites, all with gracious floor plans and outdoor terraces with expansive vineyard views in the heart of Wine Country. The market-leading, 230-suite Minneapolis Marriott Northwest is one of the few full service all-suite Marriott hotels. The hotel, located near downtown Minneapolis and Maple Grove area, features 50,000 square feet of meeting space, with six elegantly appointed ballrooms.

Interstate's signed pipeline includes the 294-room Hyatt Regency Sarasota, Fla., and in Germany the soon to open AC Hotel Mainz – the first AC Hotel brand in that country – in addition to four Moxy hotels.

The newly signed hotels since January join a deep pipeline of 36 hotels aggregating to 7,317 rooms anticipated to open over the next 24 months throughout the U.S. and Europe.
