New mobile hotel technology by Intelity allows luxury Bahamian resort to better serve guests, while increasing revenue and operational efficiency.

ORLANDO, Fla. – October 5, 2016 – Hospitality technology innovator Intelity is bringing its ICE guest engagement SaaS platform for hotel room tablets and hospitality mobile app technology to French Leave Resort, managed by Shaner Hotels and launching as part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection in the Caribbean this December. French Leave Resort, located on the lush Bahamian island of Eleuthera, is Intelity’s second partnership within the Autograph Collection portfolio, with the first being the brand new Playa Largo Resort & Spa in Key Largo, Florida.

General Manager Jahmed Mills said, “We are excited to bring this new technology to French Leave Resort. Intelity is setting the standard in this area, and these services will not only elevate our guests’ experience, but will also provide an added convenience to our staff.”

Intelity’s ICE platform offers both guest-facing and operational benefits that can be leveraged by a hotel to improve the guest experience, increase guest satisfaction, create new revenue channels, and streamline operations. The platform at the property will feature ICE Beside, ICE Mobile and ICE Control System (ICS) back-end management tools.

ICE Bedside software allows hoteliers to save money on in-room print collateral by presenting all hotel information, such as menus and compendiums, with an easy-to-use interface on touchscreen tablets. It also offers alarm clock-radio functionality, weather updates, and a menu of virtual concierge services.

ICE Mobile is a customized hotel application downloadable to guests’ personal mobile devices for end-to-end digital guest engagement at all points of the travel experience, before, during and after a hotel stay.

Whereas ICE Bedside empowers guests with control to personalize and maximize the in-stay experience, ICE Mobile enables hotel staff to expand communication with guests to before check in, with services such as pre-arrival requests, and after check out, with the option for digital guest feedback through the app.

Requests made by guests using mobile devices can be viewed, tracked and assigned in the ICE Control System (ICS), a back-end control system with tools for staff. Other enterprise features include content control, direct guest marketing and messaging, and access to business intelligence related to guest use of the hotel app.

Intelity CEO and President David Adelson said, “Earning this partnership with French Leave Resort was exciting for us as a company because it shows the usefulness of mobile hotel technology in all markets, whether it’s an urban business center or a tropical getaway resort. Guest feedback at all our global hotel partners is overwhelmingly positive and will continue to inspire hoteliers to embrace this technology for the incredible opportunities it affords.”
