Provider of leading hotel guest services solutions suite integrates with Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud via the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP)

Stockholm & Washington DC – November 30, 2022 – InnSpire, a leading provider of a comprehensive technology suite that helps drive a seamless, world-class guest experience for some of the world’s most iconic hotels and brands, today announced that InnSpire Digital Guest Journey is now integrated with Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud and available on Oracle Cloud Marketplace. Oracle Cloud Marketplace is a centralized repository of enterprise applications offered by Oracle and members of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN).

InnSpire is one of the first to build a connection with Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud using the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP) streaming API, which enables real-time, automatic “push” notifications whenever a business event occurs in Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud. OHIP centralizes, consolidates, and streamlines all interface capabilities and related processes into a single and unified platform, making it simpler, quicker, and less expensive to integrate with Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud.

Oracle Hospitality customers can now quickly deploy InnSpire’s entire digital ecosystem of cloud-based, intelligent guest solutions. Available solutions from InnSpire include mobile check-in/out functionality; secure mobile key access; smart guestroom entertainment solutions such as casting and streaming from the guestroom television; and contactless guest service applications like room service ordering through InnSpire’s new “F&B Everywhere,” which allows guests to remotely order food and drinks from anywhere on the property.

Oracle Cloud Marketplace is a one-stop shop for Oracle customers seeking trusted business applications offering unique business solutions, including ones that extend Oracle Cloud Applications. Oracle Cloud is an enterprise cloud that delivers massive, non-variable performance and next generation security across a comprehensive portfolio of services including SaaS, application development, application hosting, and business analytics. Customers get access to leading compute, storage, data management, security, integration, HPC, artificial intelligence (AI), and blockchain services to augment and modernize their critical workloads. Oracle Cloud runs Oracle Autonomous Database, the industry’s first and only self-driving database.

“Our close, long-term collaboration with Oracle and our ability to integrate via its open integration platform for hospitality has allowed us to build a comprehensive technology ecosystem for our hotel clients that is quick and easy to deploy, since it is lightweight, server-free, and device-agnostic,” said Martin Chevalley, InnSpire CEO. “This makes it simple and cost-effective for hotels and enterprise hospitality organizations to build a deeply integrated tech stack that can be customized to the needs of each property, depending on guest and staff needs. We are proud to be the one of the first hotel technology vendors to deploy our solutions through OHIP, and we look forward to leveraging the power of the Oracle Cloud to help us—and our hotel clients around the world—achieve our business goals.”
