About: The first Hotel Indigo property to open in Japan, Hotel Indigo Hakone Gora will be a place where guests and locals alike can gather and enjoy the rich culture and history of Gora. The neighbourhood is unparalleled with its famous pastel coloured hot springs surrounded by majestic, green mountains and the charms of nature that change with the seasons. The lobby entrance is inspired by the traditional tea houses of the past. The wood panelling features patterns famous throughout all Japan and specific to Hakone. 98 rooms and suites offer relaxation with every room featuring a traditional Japanese bath tub with natural onsen water.

About: Kimpton Vividora Hotel will mark the brand’s debut in a new European market: Spain. The hotel will be in the city’s Gothic Quarter, tucked away on a pedestrian street. Guests will enjoy being just a few steps away from charming boutiques, buzzy restaurants and stunning centuries-old architecture that can be found along the neighbourhood’s narrow winding roads and in its lively plazas. This property is outfitted in typical early 19th century Spanish architecture, overlooking neighbouring Gothic buildings, giving hotel guests typical residential Gothic Quarter views.
Kimpton® Maa-Lai, Bangkok, Thailand

About: Marking the debut for the brand in Southeast Asia, the Kimpton® Maa-Lai takes its name from the traditional flower garland presented as a token of welcome, good health and respect to guests and loved ones. The hotel will feature 349 rooms, including 124 serviced residences. Nestled in the heart of the Langsuan area, the hotel sits beside Lumpini Park, one of the largest parks in the city. Guests can look forward to two restaurants with the signature Kimpton flair, Stock Room and Ms. Jigger, and two bars, CRAFT and Bar Park, a rooftop bar.
Hotel Indigo® Dubai Downtown

About: As the first Hotel Indigo in the United Arab Emirates, the hotel draws inspiration from the rich heritage and vibrancy of Dubai Creek. Traditionally used for pearl diving, fishing, trading and shipping, with the souks providing the backdrop for trading, the creek played a large role in the heritage of Dubai. Throughout the hotel lobby, public spaces and rooms, guests will see nods to the local neighbourhood with incorporation of shipping crates to create eclectic and quirky pieces for the interiors. The story is further supported by the selection of rich fabrics and patterns that are featured throughout the hotel in both public areas and guestrooms, adding to the vibrant, eclectic, quirky and arty interior spaces.

Kimpton® Pittman, Deep Ellum, Dallas, USA
Opening date: Mid 2020
About: Originally the historic Knights of Pythias Temple (subsequently the Union Bankers Trust Building), the building was designed in 1916 by architect William Sidney Pittman. The hotel will include 165 guest rooms, more than 5,000sqf of meeting space, a signature restaurant, bar and lounge, outdoor patio, pool and fitness centre. Keeping true to the building’s history, the design will retain the original Beaux Arts structure and the integrity of the fourth-floor ballroom where celebrated blues musicians such as “Blind Lemon” Jefferson, Robert Johnson and “Lead Belly” Ledbetter performed.

About: Dating from 1911, the historic building in Spokane’s downtown area that was once the iconic Otis hotel is being brought back to its former glory following an extensive refurbishment. The five-story, 112-room Hotel Indigo® Spokane will feature a restaurant and bar, fitness centre, business centre and 1,500sqf of meeting space. Located less than one mile from the Spokane Convention Center and Spokane Falls, it is just two blocks from River Park Square.
