IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group®), one of the world’s leading hotel companies, welcomes hospitality veteran Jamie Cole as Senior Vice President of Global Channels.
Cole is charged with maximising IHG’s revenue delivery across all customer touch-points and creating a more seamless experience. Reporting to George Turner, Chief Commercial and Technology Officer, Cole leads a team responsible for all digital and voice channels and the company’s third-party distribution strategy.
With an impressive range of experience, Cole brings a deep global commercial and operational knowledge spanning digital innovation, product management, distribution and eCommerce. His experience at large scale brands, and track record of innovation, will strengthen IHG’s channels muscle, particularly in the luxury segment.

Cole joins IHG from Mandarin Oriental where he most recently led digital and eCommerce, delivering transformational change across digital marketing and guest experience for the luxury brand. Prior to this, he ran a specialised consulting business serving hospitality and travel clients. He also held leadership roles at Travelport Inc., Travelocity and Hilton Worldwide, where he developed the corporate digital strategy for the Hilton portfolio of hotels. Jamie has worked extensively across Europe, Asia and the U.S.
