The momentum behind very popular voco brand continues with the newest signing of voco Resort in Szklarska Poreba, Poland, as IHG Hotels & Resorts and Grupa AKME strengthen their partnership with the second agreement signed.

voco Resort Szklarska Poreba will overlook the beautiful Happiness Valley and will bring the brand’s vibrant, reliably fun vision to Karkonosze Mountains. Each of hotel’s 100 bedrooms together with own craft brewery on site, food & beverage and wellness offering will offer upper upscale experience to guests looking for a true lifestyle place to stay in this lovely part of Poland. Hotel is planned to be open in 2024

The hotel will form a part of larger Horizon Hotel & Resort complex with Holiday Inn Resort hotel (due to open in the second half of 2022) and extended stay apartments.

Q2 Studio is responsible for building design while Tremend is in charge of interior design and acts as investor’s proxy. PORR was selected again as general contractor, same as with Holiday Inn Resort.
