Houston, Texas – March 24, 2016 – Hampton Inn | Homewood Suites by Hilton, Houston’s first dual-branded hotel, is scheduled to open its doors on March 31, 2016. The 14-story, 300 room dual-branded hotel and suites was developed by American Liberty Hospitality, owner/operator of the Embassy Suites Houston Downtown, The Sam Houston Curio Collection by Hilton, as well as ten other Houston area hotels.
This unique hotel has two distinct brand personalities appealing to today’s new generation of business and leisure travelers. Construction on the Hampton Inn | Homewood Suites by Hilton was completed by Linbeck Group. Linbeck is a Texas-based, technology-driven building construction firm. To deliver the project on schedule and in time to welcome fans for the 2016 NCAA Final Four tournament in early April, Linbeck utilized a host of applied technologies to ensure quality assurance and quality control.

The new Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites Houston Downtown will continue to provide guests with all the essentials and amenities they have come to expect from both brands. Both brands will offer complimentary daily full-hot breakfast, free Wi-Fi and pool and fitness centers. Travelers can unwind with an inviting lobby that will feature several seating areas, communal tables, two business centers, two private dining rooms, a full service lobby bar and patio and over 5,000 sq. of ballroom and meeting space.
The hotel is located at 710 Crawford Street, near George R Brown Convention Center, Minute Maid Park-Home of the Houston Astros, Discovery Green, Toyota Center-Home of the Houston Rockets, BBVA Compass Stadium-Home of Houston Dynamo & Houston Dash, the Downtown Aquarium, and the Buffalo Bayou.
