GF Management Completes Renovation of the 353-Room DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Airport

ORLANDO, Fla., Dec. 13, 2018 — DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Airport, located off State Highway 528 (Martin B. Andersen Beachline Expressway) and just minutes from Orlando International Airport, is thrilled to announce the completion of its extensive renovations. This exciting project aimed to outshine the competition by updating the hotel in its entirety, including all guest rooms, dining areas, lounge, fitness center, event spaces and lobby. Post-renovation, the property features a modern interior, with unique, stylish décor.

In June 2016 GF Management, a leading national hotel ownership and management company, announced that, through its affiliate, it had acquired the 353-room DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Airport. This acquisition is the third hotel in the Orlando market acquired by the Company in recent years, adding to the 2013 acquisitions of the Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista Resort, and the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando/North Lake Mary. GF Management specializes in hotels, resorts, golf courses and other related hospitality assets and has pledged $8 million in renovations at the property.

“This extensive renovation, along with the implementation of our proven management system has elevated this hotel to the leader in its market,” said Vineet Nayyar, Chief Operating Officer for GF Management.

DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Airport is an ideal location for meeting and events, big or small. The modern glass enclosed Atrium, offering 4,000 square feet of flexible event space for groups, is the perfect pre-function space or reception area. Guests can utilize up to 15,000 square feet of event space which have upgraded electronic keys and digital signage. The meeting spaces also come equipped with new state of the art on-site AV equipment and an on-site AV Technician to help with any troubleshooting the guests may require.
