Owners "Amazed" at Impact
ORLANDO, FL - JUNE 23, 2014 - Adrift Hotel, a formerly outdated economy beachfront motel, turned to Flip.to for a way to get the word out about its revitalization into a modern, hip oceanfront experience. Since going live in February with Flip.to, the brand advocate platform for hotels, Adrift has amplified their message of a completely new hotel experience to over 83,000 new potential guests with the help of their current guests.
Tiffany Turner, co-owner of the Adrift Hotel in Long Beach, Washington said "We took a hotel with an amazing location and turned it into a hip experience with a focus on value and sustainability. Flip.to has helped our guests spread the word to friends looking for a relaxed, unique beach vacation, and we've been amazed at the increase in direct bookings."
Flip.to turns guests into a huge extension of a hotel's marketing force. Starting right at the point of booking, guests share with their friends and family about their upcoming trip to the Adrift Hotel. This exposure to a huge pool of people in a friendly and trusted way is just the start of the marketing funnel. Flip.to then serves up a custom experience on the hotel's website for each and every friend or relative of the guest, taking them down the path toward a future booking at the hotel.
The 80-room, remodeled Adrift Hotel features live music nightly in its "Pickled Fish" restaurant, which offers organic food, microbrew beers, and regional wines. The environmental-friendly hotel also uses only green products throughout their hotel.
"The Adrift Hotel needed to let people know about their change to a new, modern and unique hotel," says Debi Moses, Senior Director of Sales for Flip.to. "They are using Flip.to to create awareness about their modernization and new atmosphere. Flip.to not only helps them reach new potential guests and earn booked room nights, but also drives ancillary revenues by enticing existing guests to vacation again at the hotel."
