SAN JOSE, CA – December 28, 2016 – General Manager Michael Musarra is proud to announce the appointment of Deanne Chang as Director of Revenue Management at Fairmont San Jose.

Ms. Chang’s primary responsibilities as Director of Revenue Management will include working with the Silicon Valley hotel’s revenue team to determine strategic goals, ensure inventory allocation, and set pricing parameters to strengthen hotel profitability.

“We are delighted to welcome Deanne to the Fairmont San Jose team,” says Michael Musarra, General Manager. “Her tenure in revenue management is an asset and will be instrumental in helping the team achieve new benchmarks.”

Chang joined Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in 2012 as Revenue Inventory Manager for the Vancouver region. In 2014, she was promoted to Area Revenue Manager for the same region, where she achieved Fairmont Masters designation. Most recently Chang was Director of Revenue Management at Fairmont Newport Beach.

Chang received her Bachelor of Commerce in hospitality & tourism management from Ryerson University, Ted Rogers School of Business Management. She has also received her certification in hotel revenue management from Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration (eCornell). In her spare time she enjoys going to the beach, travel and spending time with friends and family.
