St. Kitts, West Indies, October 16, 2014 – Belle Mont Farm, a collection of Guesthouses and Farmhouses planted within an organic farm, has appointed Eva Chan as director of sales in advance of its December 2014 grand opening. Ms. Chan will oversee and develop all sales initiatives for the innovative luxury hotel located on Kittitian Hill, a new sustainable community in St. Kitts. Upon opening, Belle Mont Farm will offer guests an authentic connection to the island’s culture, food and nature via distinct farm-to-table culinary experiences and enrichment opportunities.
An 18-year veteran of the luxury hospitality industry, Ms. Chan most recently served as travel consultant for the Malliouhana, An Auberge Resort in Anguilla. In this role, she provided direction and counsel for the re-opening of this iconic resort. Prior to that, she spent two years as director of sales & marketing at Anguilla’s renowned Cap Juluca resort. Her extensive background includes seven years as travel industry sales manager at The Four Seasons Resort Nevis and tenure at Rosewood Caribbean Resorts, which includes Caneel Bay in the US Virgin Islands, Little Dix Bay in the British Virgin Islands, and Jumby Bay in Antigua. Ms. Chan also served as global sales director at Preferred Hotel Group, where she provided sales and marketing support for member hotels and its four distinct brands. During her career, she has established strong relationships with top consortia affiliations including Virtuoso, Signature and Andrew Harper Q Club, and has a presence at industry conferences and tradeshows such as ILTM (International Travel Luxury Market) and CHA (Caribbean Hotel Association).
