New York, NY (May 15, 2023) – EOS Hospitality is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicholas Farina as Vice President of Operations. In his new role, Farina will focus on operational strategy and support for the over 40 hotels in the EOS Hospitality portfolio. Farina will work alongside the property leaders to understand their needs and find resources to help achieve their goals. He will also work alongside Chief Operating Officer Simon Mais to streamline processes in collaboration with the properties, to help provide consistent practices across the portfolio.

Farina brings with him almost 20 years of hospitality industry experience, with some of the world’s most distinguished hotel brands. Most recently, Farina oversaw the opening of 1 Hotel Nashville and was involved with the City of Nashville on the Mayor’s initiatives to drive climate change in the rapidly changing Nashville area. Prior to this, he was the General Manager for 1 Hotel Central Park, where he became a steward of sustainable practices. Previously, Farina was with Loews Hotels as the Hotel Manager at the Loews Regency, overseeing all hotel operations. Farina began his hospitality career with the Dorchester Collection at the New York Palace, where he held numerous positions in Food & Beverage, Sales, and Rooms Operations. His passion for the industry started at a young age apprenticing in kitchens before starting a career in hospitality, after attending Boston University School of Hospitality.

Nicholas Farina resides in Manhattan with his wife and two dogs. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, entertaining family and friends and attending shows on Broadway.
