Croke is a 30-year award-winning veteran of the hospitality industry who has a wealth of operations, sales and marketing experience. Most recently, Kevin served as General Manager of the Mayfair Hotel and Spa at Coconut Grove located in Miami. Prior to The Mayfair, he consulted for Starwood Hotels & Resorts on the conversion of the Viceroy Hotel to the W Hotel Miami. For nearly 17 years, he was the Director of Sales and Marketing for Interstate Hotels & Resorts’ Roosevelt Hotel in New York City where he was named HSMAI ‘Executive of the Year’ for the New York City chapter and was awarded the HSMAI Adrian Award for ‘Excellence in Public Relations and Web Design.’
Croke grew up in New York and attended Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality sales and meeting management. Upon graduation, he held several leadership roles at The Millennium Hilton New York City, Sheraton Stamford Hotel, Doral Hotels of New York City, and the Englewood Radisson Hotel in New Jersey. A native New Yorker, Kevin now resides in South Florida.
