Fort Mill, S.C. (May 28, 2015) – Buoyed by recent corporate relocation announcements from Charlotte-based Lash Group and LPL Financial, Kingsley will soon welcome travelers to a 125-room Courtyard by Marriott, being developed by Raleigh, NC-based Concord Hospitality Enterprises Company.

Slated to open in fall 2016, Courtyard by Marriott at Kingsley is owned by Concord Clear Springs Hotel LLC, a partnership between Concord Hospitality and Kingsley developer Clear Springs Development Company.

Located at the crossroads of Interstate 77 and Highway 160, Kingsley, at build-out will be home to more than 1.5 million square feet of commercial space including 150,000 square feet of restaurants and shops, an amphitheater and multi-family over retail, all within close proximity of the 2,000 acre Anne Springs Close Greenway. The team is currently working on specific architectural and design plans for the hotel, which will include a 4,000 square foot ballroom.

The new hotel will feature the brand’s signature Refreshing Business lobby environment, where guests can enjoy an open and flexible space with media pods, Wi-Fi and a variety of seating zones. The redefined lobby space is ideal for everything from pop-up meetings to social gatherings.

The Courtyard by Marriott at Kingsley will also offer a refreshing and stylish room design that helps guests stay connected, productive and comfortable. Thoughtfully planned, each room features plush bedding, a functional work space, spacious bathrooms, a separate seating area and complimentary in-room high-speed Internet.
