Nashville, TN. (October 11, 2017) – General Manager Ben Webster and Director of Sales Graham Harlin will lead the management and sales operations teams for the Fairlane Hotel, the luxe 81-room property bringing the style and personality of the 1960’s back to downtown Nashville in early 2018. The hotel is managed by Charlestowne Hotels through a relationship with Oliver Hospitality.

With 17 years of hospitality experience, General Manager Ben Webster will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations for accomodations, food and beverage, finance and entertainment. A veteran of the luxury boutique hotel industry, Webster is skilled in curating an upscale yet lively environment, attractive to both travelers and locals. Prior to joining the Fairlane Hotel, Webster served as general manager of JHouse Greenwich, a boutique property in Riverside, CT. Webster also held management roles at Hotel Domestique and Restaurant 17 in Greenville, SC, and The Mayflower Hotel in Washington, CT.

“My passion for hospitality stems from a background of thoughtful luxury mixed with southern charm, and is tempered by the mindset of never taking yourself too seriously,” said Webster. “This is the essence of the Fairlane Hotel and I am eager to lead my team in providing travelers and locals with personalized service and a playful attitude, whether they are spending several days at the hotel or stopping by to enjoy one of the many vibrant public spaces.”

A Nashville native with more than 10 years in hospitality, Graham Harlin brings a depth of industry knowledge to the Fairlane Hotel team as director of sales. Harlin will oversee all components of the hotel’s sales and marketing initiatives, responsible for building and maintaining long-term guest relationships and leading innovative strategic development by utilizing proprietary Charlestowne Hotels marketing systems. Main focuses include driving business amongst groups, leisure and incentive travelers, and raising awareness with locals to place the Fairlane Hotel on the map as a downtown hotspot. Most recently Harlin held the position of director of national accounts at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel in Nashville.

“As a local, I’ve witnessed the evolution of this city firsthand and am honored to be a part of the distinct style and personality the Fairlane Hotel is bringing to Nashville,” said Harlin. “We will host entertainers, corporate executives, and leisure-oriented guests who are looking for luxury, care and genuine hospitality with a lively delivery.”

The Fairlane Hotel will bring sophisticated accommodations and a vibrant atmosphere to downtown Nashville. By fostering a strong sense of community and impeccable guest-services in a posh yet playful environment, Webster and Harlin look forward to establishing the Fairlane Hotel as the destination of choice for Nashville travelers and locals alike.

About The Fairlane Hotel

A luxe hotel bringing back the style and personality of the 1960’s, the Fairlane Hotel is an 81-room boutique hotel tucked away in downtown Nashville, steps from the action on Broadway. Retro-modern décor evokes a “business in the front, party in the back” personality that draws in the traveler who prefers timeless over trendy and (only the good kind of) posh without pretense. A buzzing lobby becomes the hub for power lunches and after-work drinks, anchored by a renowned NYC delicatessen and Union Teller Coffee Counter, while Ellington’s 4th floor terrace restaurant and bar (concepted by Oliver Hospitality) is the classic lunch and dinner spot for those in the know. A 4,000 square foot penthouse is a destination in itself, decked to the nines with 1970’s flair and a wraparound terrace, providing the best views of Music City. The Fairlane Hotel is managed by Charlestowne Hotels through a relationship with Oliver Hospitality.
