Hat Yai, Thailand – March 8 2017 – Centara Hotels & Resorts announces the promotion and transfer of Mr. Manoon Wutti, former Resident Manager at Khum Phaya Resort & Spa, Centara Boutique Collection as General Manager of Centara Hotel Hat Yai from March 1, 2017.

Mr. Manoon has been working in the hospitality business for more than 30 years. He gained his expertise and solid experience from working with several hotel brands such as Evason Hua Hin, Melati Beach Resort & Spa Samui and Siripanna Villa Resort & Spa Chiangmai. He started his first roles at Centara as F&B Manager of several Centara resorts. In 2012, Mr. Manoon was appointed Executive Assistant Manager at Centara Hotel & Convention Centre Khon Kaen before moving to Centara Hotel & Convention Centre Udon Thani Hotel as Resident Manager. Two years later, he moved to Thailand’s Northern province of Chiang Mai to take the new assignment as Resident Manager of Khum Phaya Resort & Spa, Centara Boutique Collection, where he utilised his hands-on knowledge and management skills to foster successful resort operations. Mr. Manoon’s hard work and valuable contribution was instrumental in the hotel receiving its latest accreditation of “Thailand MICE Venue Standard 2016-2018 by Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau” (TCEB).
