(Saratoga, Wyo.) – July 20, 2020 – The award-winning Brush Creek Luxury Ranch Collection today announced that Jacob Staffin has been appointed as Director of Food and Beverage. Staffin will oversee all food and beverage operations for the Collection’s three ranches including The Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch, recently named No. 1 Resort Hotel in the Continental U.S. and No. 14 Top Hotel in the World in Travel + Leisure’s 2020  World’s Best Awards; Magee Homestead, a Relais & Châteaux and Forbes Travel Guide Five Star property; and French Creek Sportsmen’s Club, as well as the Ranch’s epicurean center, The Farm at Brush Creek.

Sitting on 30,000 acres in Wyoming’s North Platte River Valley, the Brush Creek Luxury Ranch Collection offers all-inclusive guest ranch experiences in an iconic setting. Staffin will oversee the dining programs at all venues of The Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch; group buyouts in 2020 of Magee Homestead and French Creek Sportsmen’s Club and the return of leisure stays in 2021; Cheyenne Club restaurant at The Farm at Brush Creek; as well as catering for corporate events and weddings at all properties.

Bringing more than 10 years of experience in food & beverage management, Staffin comes to Brush Creek Ranch from Colorado where he served as Assistant General Manager of Renaissance Boulder Flatiron and Marriott Denver Westminster. Prior to this, he held the positions of Senior Director of Food & Beverage and Assistant General Manager at Tournament Players Club (TPC) Sugarloaf in Atlanta, Georgia, and Director of Food & Beverage at TPC River Highlands in Hartford, Connecticut.

Staffin’s work in the service industry was recognized with the 2017 TPC Network F&B Leadership Award, awarded to the chef or director who sets the tone for the rest of the network; the 2011 TPC Network Food & Beverage Operation of the Year; the 2010 TPC Network Club Operation of the Year; and Food & Beverage Platinum Awards in 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2016.
