Aug. 25–The fast-growing Aloft brand is adding another hotel in South Florida.

Integra Investments, the company developing Aventura ParkSquare, said Monday that the project will include a 207-room Aloft Hotel.

Designed by Zyscovich Architects, the hotel is scheduled to break ground this fall and open in spring of 2017. Norwich Partners is developing the Aloft as well as a nearby AC Hotel by Marriott, which was announced in June.

The Aloft South Beach opened earlier this year, following locations in Doral and Miami’s Brickell area. According to the hotel brand’s website, new sites in Coral Gables and near Miami International Airport will open in 2017. The brand has nearly 100 hotels around the world.

The mixed-use Aventura ParkSquare, located at the corner of 2900 Waterways Boulevard and Northeast 207th Street, also includes retail, restaurants, a condo tower, an office building and a medical center.
