ATLANTA (June 14) – Blueprint RF (Hospitality Core Services, LLC), a next-generation hotel network systems provider, has entered into a settlement agreement with Nomadix, Inc. to resolve their patent litigation filed in the Central District Court of California.

Under the terms of the settlement, Nomadix has agreed to dismiss all claims in the lawsuit, and Blueprint RF has agreed to pay a royalty-bearing license for related products. Terms of the agreement remain undisclosed.
