Estelle Mapp brings nearly 15 years of professional hotel sales experience to her new role at Costa d’Este Beach Resort & Spa
The Woodlands (Houston), Texas, January 2020 … BENCHMARK®, a global hospitality company, has appointed Estelle Mapp director of sales and marketing for Costa d’Este Beach Resort & Spa, a Gemstone Collection property located in Vero Beach, Florida. Chad Olson, Benchmark’s general manager at the resort, made the announcement.
“It is a pleasure to welcome Estelle to Benchmark and to Costa d’Este,” said Mr. Olson. “She comes to us with vast sales leadership experience gained at both the property and the brand levels. That experience, as well as her keen understanding of the resort market, makes her a terrific addition to our team.”
Estelle Mapp brings nearly 15 years of professional hotel sales experience to her new role at Costa d’Este Beach Resort & Spa. She has previously served in the role of director of sales and marketing for the Tideline Ocean Resort and Spa of Palm Beach, Florida, and the Hyatt Place of Charlotte, North Carolina. Earlier Ms. Mapp was director of national accounts for Starwood Hotel and Resorts’ W New Orleans, W French Quarter, Westin Riverside and Sheraton New Orleans. She most recently worked with Coldwell Banker Paradise of Vero Beach.
Ms. Mapp is a graduate of the College of Charleston, located in Charleston, South Carolina, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. She resides in Vero Beach.
