An iconic destination offering impeccable hospitality for more than 125 years, Badrutt’s Palace Hotel is thrilled to announce the promotion of Jeremy Degras from executive sous chef to executive chef. Degras will oversee culinary direction for the hotel’s multiple restaurants and bars, as well as catering services for corporate and leisure events.

Prior to Badrutt’s Palace, Degras spent more than a decade honing his craft at France’s most revered Michelin-starred restaurants, including Restaurant La Rotonde under chef Philippe Gauvreau, and Restaurant Le Quartier Gourmand under chef Sylvain Gohier. Degras continued to be immersed in best-in-class culinary experiences through his work as a private chef for ultra-high-net-worth individuals in the UAE and through his work in hotels such as The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah.

Degras will lead operations and menu development for Badrutt’s Palace Hotel’s ten restaurants and three bars, including: the legendary Le Grand Hall, known as the “living room of St. Moritz;” La Coupole, the Japanese-Peruvian restaurant from world-famous chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa; Paradiso Mountain Club and Restaurant; and Switzerland’s very first nightclub, King Social House.
