Designed to cultivate connection and creativity, the private membership club and hotel is operated by Aparium Hotel Group, and industry veteran Aaron Coburn will serve as general manager.

Located near some of Denver’s best shopping and dining, Clayton features a variety of stylish and well-appointed rooms with touches of Denver-inspired, mid-century décor. Perfect for remote work and leisure vacations in the Mile High City, Clayton’s guest rooms, studios, suites and a multi-level penthouse provide overnight accommodations for a luxurious guest experience. Each well-appointed room features décor and works from local artisans, as well as D.S. & Durga toiletries, Frette linens and robes, spacious wardrobes and more.

Additionally, guests have access to the physical and experiential amenities of Clayton Membership Club, including fitness spaces and equipment such as Peloton bikes and Woodway treadmills, as well as the members’ restaurant, social spaces, lounges and co-working areas. The property’s stunning rooftop restaurant and pool features expansive views of Downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains. Guests are invited and encouraged to participate in the club’s plethora of member events, a robust calendar that highlights the collision of arts, culture and activism, entrepreneurial endeavors, and ultimately, the community’s collective desire to live a more meaningful and impactful life.

At the helm of Clayton is General Manager Aaron Coburn, who brings an impressive track record in the hospitality industry. Thriving in the entrepreneurial mindset of upscale, independent properties, Coburn has held leadership roles at prominent Colorado hotels and resorts for more than 13 years. Prior to his time at Clayton, Coburn served as the general manager at Denver’s The ART Hotel. Cultivated at a young age, spending summers working at his father’s restaurant in Newport Beach, Coburn, who attended culinary school in Napa Valley, has a passion for food and beverage.

“I couldn’t be more excited to introduce a new type of social experience to Denver as the general manager of Clayton,” said Coburn. “During a time when we’ve realized how critically essential human connection is, I’m looking forward to providing our valued guests and members a space that is founded on authentic connections when Clayton Members Club & Hotel opens its doors.”

Under Coburn’s direction, the core of the Clayton experience will provide hyperlocal access to a thoughtfully-curated community, comprised of distinct backgrounds, interests and cultures. Located in the iconic Cherry Creek neighborhood, the property also features three public culinary outlets – Five Nines, a hidden lounge with live entertainment; Of A Kind, offering elegance and the bright flavors of Mediterranean and California coastal fare; and O.A.K. Market, an all-day eatery serving inspired cuisine along with strong espressos and coffee.
