Newly Expanded Casino Hotel Implements Property Management, Point-of-Sale Systems

ALPHARETTA, GA. – June 26, 2013 – Agilysys, Inc. (Nasdaq: AGYS), a leading provider of innovative information technology and hospitality software solutions and services, today announced that Apache Casino Hotel in Lawton, Okla., has selected the Lodging Management System® (LMS) property management solution and the InfoGenesis™ POS system to streamline operations at its casino and new 132-room hotel. Apache Casino Hotel is owned and managed by the Fort Sill Apache Tribe of Oklahoma.

The latest version of LMS features a number of enhancements, such as new folio transfer options, additional guest search options, passport scanning capability, new reporting features and the ability to view InfoGenesis POS checks posted to LMS via the InfoGenesis XML interface. The new version also includes several guest-oriented enhancements within the LMS ResNet online booking module, including suggestive selling functionality, multiple room booking capabilities, web check-in improvements and additional special request functionality.

InfoGenesis POS is an award-winning point-of-sale software solution that combines powerful reporting and configuration capabilities in the back office with a fast, intuitive and easy-to-use terminal application. The flexible system is easy to set up, and its scalable architecture enables customers to add workstations without having to build out expensive infrastructure. It also integrates easily with other applications, such as gift card and guest management solutions. The system’s detailed and high-quality reporting capabilities give insight into sales data and guest purchasing trends. Other features include packages and prix fixe menus, signature capture and multi-language capability. InfoGenesis POS is available as an on-premise solution or through a subscription service.

The property also includes a100,000-square-foot casino, two restaurants, coffee shop and bar. Apache Casino Hotel is owned and managed by the Fort Sill Apache Tribe of Oklahoma.
