Chicago, Ill. – AJ Capital Partners announced today the hire of a new member to its team. Albert Rothman joins as Senior Director of Food & Beverage, overseeing all food & beverage concepting and partnerships for AJ Capital Partners and specifically the Graduate Hotels portfolio – a hotel collection targeting university-anchored markets across the country that celebrates each town’s unique local culture and history.

Most recently, Albert was the Corporate Director of Food and Beverage of Northwood Hospitality, overseeing the management of food and beverage operations in nine hotels located in New York, Boston, Florida and California. Prior to Northwood Hospitality, he managed food and beverage operations for the Viceroy Abu Dhabi, Montage Beverly Hills, Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire, the Peninsula Beverly Hills and the Thompson hotel in Soho, New York. Additionally, Albert brings a variety of experience to AJ Capital Partners from independent restaurants including concepting, raising capital and operational execution.
