With Chef Kight’s arrival comes renewed menus showcasing his culinary vision for ADERO’s signature restaurants SkyTop and CIELO, which was recently awarded ‘Diners’ Choice – Best Scenic View’ in Phoenix and Arizona by OpenTable. Additionally, in his new role, Chef Kight will oversee in-room dining, meetings and events and poolside F&B at the resort.

Chef Kight brings 30 years of executive chef experience and operations management to ADERO. Once with Gordon Ramsey in London before serving as Sous Chef at The French Laundry, Chef Kight has since held leadership roles at prominent brands including Richard Sandoval Restaurant Group, Caesars Entertainment, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Sedona’s Enchantment Resort. Leading culinary development across numerous restaurants, he managed revenues of up to $800 million while training staff and maintaining a high level of quality control.
