Bozeman, MT – April 18, 2022 – Historic downtown Bozeman’s newest development, AC Hotel Bozeman, opens its doors on April 15, 2022. The six-floor development will allow guests and locals to connect to Montana’s Yellowstone Country, while offering the AC Hotel® thoughtful service and a modern mindset.

Its ideal location in historic downtown Bozeman offers views of the Bridger Mountains, with easy access to Yellowstone National Park, the biggest skiing in America at Big Sky Resort, and world-class outdoor recreation.

“We are so excited to welcome guests to the AC Hotel in the heart of Downtown Bozeman,” said Haley Rowland, Director of Sales and Marketing. “Downtown Bozeman is the center of our community and where you head after a great day in the outdoors. The initial reaction from locals and visitors alike is that the AC Hotel is needed. We are quickly filling in with leisure vacations, conferences, and social gatherings. We can’t wait to open our doors and become your home base during your next Montana adventure.”

Guestroom design is intentional, with carefully curated layouts to minimize clutter, create more open space and eliminate the unnecessary. The property houses work from local artists, including paintings from Missoula’s Barb Schwarz Karst and ceramic porcelain wall sculptures from local ceramic artist Allison Reintjes. Upon entering the modern, open-concept lobby, guests will be welcomed by a custom 16-panel wooden display, “The Fold,” by Casey Curran, which draws the eye into its rhythmic movement.

Operating under the Marriott brand flag, the 143-room property was developed by HomeBase Partners, one of Montana’s leading commercial real estate developers, and managed by Aimbridge Hospitality, a leading, global hospitality management company.

Guests will start their day with a healthy, European-inspired breakfast in the AC Kitchen and enjoy an array of tapas in the AC Lounge® in the evenings. The star of the show is AC Benchmark, the four-season rooftop restaurant, and bar located on the sixth floor, offering handcrafted cocktails and locally sourced Neapolitan pizza. The heated wraparound deck and two fire pits will keep guests warm as they enjoy sweeping views of historic downtown Bozeman and the Gallatin mountain range.

AC Hotel Bozeman Downtown will cater to both leisure and business travelers with approximately 2,500 square feet of flexible meeting space and a boardroom featuring the latest high-tech equipment, including three 85” smart TVs with plug and play capabilities and Owl 360-degree smart video conferencing. Full on-site catering services are available, making it a one-stop-shop for meetings and social gatherings.

Amenities are immense, including the AC Store open 24/7, business center, complimentary Wi-Fi, valet parking, on-site storage, and the AC Fitness center. The 24-hour fitness center will be particularly alluring to guests with its array of cardiovascular and weightlifting equipment, including Peloton Bikes, yoga mats, and all items needed for a full-body workout. The AC Hotel is also pet-friendly.
