Travel Outlook is an innovative, custom, off-site central reservations office (CRO) service that serves as either a primary or overflow reservations department for four and five-star independent hotels.
Our team includes software industry, travel industry and hotel professionals. We each bring a specialized skill to our company. Together we are YOUR team with decades of experience we’ll put to work for you.
We were the first call center to be certified by the Kennedy Training Network, and we hire Kennedy and Forbes to test-call our Reservations Specialists. Using this system, we close up to 70% of the qualified reservations calls we receive.
Our system is 100% transparent – we record every incoming call – and each month we provide full reporting which documents call conversion, ADR, hold time, call denials, and call volume.
