James Daggett, founder of Chicago-based meetings management and consulting firm JR Daggett & Associates, Ltd., is a recognized authority and trainer on meetings related topics including adult learning and continuing education, meetings management, technology in the meetings industry, budgeting and finance, and disaster and contingency planning. He is also a recipient the HSMAI Pacesetter Award.
