ATCOM/INFO�s partnership with Tut Systems has enabled hotels to provide �plug and play,� high-speed Internet access that runs over their existing phone lines.  The companies have built a tightly integrated, complete solution in the US � comprising Tut System�s Expresso MDU technology with the IPORT platform � and have set up a joint VAR channel to aggressively pursue more international opportunities together. 

The introduction of IPORT marks ATCOM�s first foray into Japan and Mexico, expanding the technology�s reach to three continents.  IPORT provides guests with an Internet connection that is up to 50 times faster than a standard dial-up computer modem, enabling them to access and download presentations, images, long documents or short videos over a dedicated  T-1 line. IPORT also provides guests with �plug and play� connectivity to the Internet, requiring no software or reconfiguration.
