Manager of the San Diego Paradise Point Resort and Western Regional Manager
� for Noble House Hotels & Resorts, was voted California�s �Most Valuable
Volunteer� by the California Hotel & Motel Association. Tom is
the first recipient to be selected for this prestigious honor, and was
officially recognized for his achievements among his peers at the AH&MA
Annual Spring Conference & Leadership Forum in Nashville.
Tom Vincent has had a career long commitment to the American Hotel & Motel Association. In addition, he has held a variety of positions for the California Hotel & Motel Association including president and chairman. Currently, he is Chair of AH&MA�s Audit, Certification, and Credentials Committee, a member of AH&MA�s Resort Committee and the House of Delegates, and holds a place on the AH&MA�s Officer Advisory Committee as well. Additional industry and community involvements include: local lodging associations; current board member of the San Diego County Hotel-Motel Association, where he has served as chairman and president; and an officer of the local Fort Lauderdale, New Orleans, San Antonio, Springfield (MA), and St. Maarten (Netherlands Antilles) lodging associations. Within his community, Tom Vincent is currently a member of the Board
of Directors of the San Diego Convention and Visitors Bureau and
has also served on the Board of Directors
Among all of the positions held on numerous committees and associations, Tom Vincent is especially recognized for his continuous generosity to several charitable organizations, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, United Way/CHAD, Boys & Girls Clubs of San Diego, Senior Community Centers of San Diego, Friends of the Poor, San Diego Center for Abused Children, and San Diego Special Olympics. Tom Vincent has been with San Diego Paradise Point Resort for 14 years as General Manager. He is looked up to not only by his peers in the industry but by his dedicated staff at the resort. He takes great pride in the quality of employees that make up the Paradise Point family and is proud of their continuous efforts and contributions to the hospitality industry as a whole.
