newest hotel product, TownePlace Suites will be opening in Gaithersburg
in May of this year. TownePlace Suites, the latest concept in the extended
stay market, offers a moderately priced �home away from home� for business
travelers on a long term temporary assignment, relocating to the area,
or anyone needing the comforts of home as well as the amenities of their
office. Travelers need only bring their suitcase and laptop computer and
feel right at home!
 The
residential architecture of TownePlace Suites features 91 studio, one and
two-bedroom suites, with separate living and sleeping areas and fully equipped
kitchens, in-suite iron and ironing boards, 24 hour laundry and exercise
facilities, outdoor pool and barbecue area. Each suite has a large, well-lit
work area, voice and data phone lines with personalized voice mail, electronic
card-key locks and in-room videos and premium TV channels. TownePlace
Suites is staffed 24 hours a day, offers twice weekly housekeeping and
on-site business services including faxing, copying and printing. Guests
are welcomed with a complimentary welcome basket at check-in and enjoy
free local telephone calls during their stay. In addition, suites
designed for persons with disabilities are available.
Guests of TownePlace Suites are able to earn points in the Marriott
frequent traveler program, �Marriott Rewards�. Guests can earn points towards
airline tickets or miles, overnight accommodations at over 1500 participating
Marriott properties, cruises, golf and ski packages and rental cars. The
