WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., March 23, 1999 - One of
the world's largest hotel companies and the leader in online travel have
joined forces with the announcement of a new marketing deal between Starwood
Hotels Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and Microsoft's MSN Expedia (http:/expedia.com).
Designed to drive incremental traffic and sales to Starwood's websites
