The 2-year old cyber business organization is composed of 9,000 members in 160 countries who discuss problems of international commerce. Most members are seasoned international business people who enjoy sharing expertise, resources, problem solving and business leads via an e-mail list on the internet. Very few of the 9,000 members have ever met face-to-face.

�We think that AIB is one of the first associations of our size and reach to build a viable organizational structure in cyberspace�, said Jeffery.  Members of the Board of Directors represent such diverse places and business as: a financial expert from the Netherlands, a timber exporter from Zimbabwe, a hotel broker from Hawaii, a trade lawyer from eastern Russia, a university professor in Kansas, the founder of an International Trade Fair in Spain, an IT specialist from Canada, a trading company in China, an exporter from Australia and others.

Ms. Jeffery is President and Principal Broker of PII, based in Hawaii and specializing in the consulting and brokerage of private islands, boutique and resort hotels, and other investment and development opportunities throughout the South Pacific: Hawaii, Tahiti, Fiji, Cook Islands, New Zealand and Vanuatu. Jeffery has over 20 years experience doing business internationally, with 30 years in property and company brokerage.
