| March 1999 - Benchmark Hospitality recently announced the
promotion of Gerard P. Dumont to the position of General Manager at Lansdowne
Resort in Leesburg, Virginia. The appointment was announced by Sam
Haigh, Chief Operating Officer, Benchmark Hospitality.
Dumont joined Benchmark in 1987 as Controller of Forsgate Country Club,
Jamesburg, New Jersey. Following he served as Controller at Lansdowne
and The Resort at Squaw Creek, Olympic Valley, California, as well as the
company�s Operations Controller � Staff Support. Gerard also operated
as interim General Manager at Squaw and served as General Manager at the
Park Ridge at Valley Forge, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania and The Forrestal
at Princeton Hotel and Conference Center. Most recently, Gerard successfully
led the transition at The Founders Inn and Conference Center in Virginia
Beach, Virginia.
