The deal inked will provide BHR properties with the ability to purchase a BHR specific version of InnLine 2020, InnOvation�s Windows-NT based voice mail system, at �Favored Nation Pricing�, as well as a single point of contact to receive product information, service, and support. The program is unique in that it will not only protect the integrity of the dealer network that InnOvation already has established, but that in many cases it will allow BHR properties to purchase InnOvation�s products from the telecom provider of their choice.

After extensive testing of InnLine 2020, BHR determined that InnLine 2020 met all BHR specifications, and offered the most advanced and complete voice mail solution to their new telecommunications standards. BHR has required that all new properties open with voice mail, and all existing properties comply with their new telecom standards.
