Great Women Chefs 1999 Series at 
Michigan State University
 
Lansing, MI - January, 1999 - The Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center at Michigan State University  presents the third in a continuing series of visiting chefs: GREAT WOMEN CHEFS 1999

Beginning January 20th, Chef Nora Pouillon of Restaurant Nora and  Asia Nora in Washington, D. C. leads off in this popular series with  a Cooking Class for the public on Wednesday evening (1/20/99) at 7:00  p.m.   She will present "Dinner With the Chef" on Thursday evening  (1/21/99) at 7:00 p.m. 

In February, Susan Goss, Chef/Owner of Zinfandel American Restaurant  in Chicago, will present a Cooking Class on Wednesday (2/24/99) and Dinner With the Chef on Thursday (2/25/99). 

Two more popular and well known chefs will round out the series.   Sarabeth Levine,  Chef/Owner of Sarabeth's Restaurants in New York will appear March 24-25 and Chef Raji Jallepalli, Owner/Chef of  Restaurnat Raji in Memphis, Tennessee, completes this series on April  21 and 22.

Each Cooking Class (Wednesdays)  and each Dinner With The Chef  (Thursday) begin at 7:00 p.m. on the scheduled dates. 

Prices are $45.00 for the Cooking Class and $55.00 for the Dinner  With The Chef (Wine, Tax and Gratuity included).

The Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center is located on the beautiful  campus of Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.  Kellogg has 165 guest rooms and suites, 32 meeting and banquet rooms  with flexible function space, two restaurants (The State Room and The  River Cafe) and covered, attached parking.
