The property features 52 one-, two- and three-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens in each. The property has two meeting rooms with capacities of 100 and 25 people. The rooftop swimming pool offers a bar and breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. The fitness center includes a whirlpool, massages and locker room. In addition to ocean activities, guests are surrounded by top seafood restaurants, golf, tennis, fishing and shopping. A casino is located in nearby Vina del Mar.  Rates range from US$120 - $240 December 1, 1998 through April 4, 1999 and US$80 - $200 April 5, 1999 through December 23, 1999. All rates are applicable for both single and double occupancy rooms include the full breakfast buffet.
