| PALM BEACH SHORES, Fla. (August 3, 1998) --- The Sailfish
Marina & Resort is pleased to report on current renovation projects
that will help to maintain its impeccable reputation for high quality and
service. Renovation projects presently in progress and nearing completion
include:
New Center Charter Dock with Floating-T - This brand new state-of-the-art
charter dock will be the new home for the Sailfish Marina & Resort�s
world renowned Sportfishing Charter Fleet, now over New Swimming Pool - To keep up with the Sailfish Marina & Resort�s increasing popularity as the perfect �get-a-way� retreat, a new swimming pool next to the �Island House� guest accommodations has been added. Of course, as with all Sailfish Marina & Resort projects, a new swimming pool must include some truly special features. For the new pool, these include a cascading mini waterfall flowing over the diamond bright blue surface, offset seating area with Spa Jets, small tile-art fish, and of course a grand Sailfish artistically tiled in at the bottom of the pool. The large non-slip deck and grassy, Banyan tree shaded area surrounding the waterfront pool will also be beautifully landscaped to offer the perfect setting for intimate to medium sized parties, banquets, barbecues and weddings. The completion date is set for September 1, 1998. These recent renovations tie in perfectly with projects completed less then a year ago, including the refurbishment of the Sailfish Marina & Resort�s Guest Quarters (which now total 23 rooms due to the recent acquisition of the �Island House�). The accommodations now include regular rooms, along with small and large efficiencies, and one bedroom apartment units. The Sailfish Marina & Resort offers Dockside Guest Accommodations with small and large efficiencies; a Full Service Marina; World Famous Sportfishing Charter Fleet; Waterfront Restaurant & Bar; Pool & BBQs; Ship Store & Gift Shop. |

dozen boats strong. Once complete, the dock will offer 27 new
boat slips, bringing the marina�s total to 92. Some of these slips
will also be made available to long-term and transient boats. In addition,
the dock will offer completely new utility hook-ups directly to each individual
slip, including electricity, water, cable TV, phone, and fuel.
Also of special interest to the entire boating community will be the new
120 foot Floating T-Dock at the end of the Charter Dock. Unique in
this area of Palm Beach County, the large floating T-Dock will offer boaters
an exceptionally easy option for fueling, and the loading and unloading
of passengers and/or supplies. The new Charter Dock�s estimated completion
date is October 1, 1998.
