Bed & Breakfast Channel Web Site Adds
WorldRes Online Reservations Capability

SAN MATEO, CA, August 18 -- WorldRes, Inc.(TM), the Internet-based hotel reservation network, has entered into an agreement with Inns&Outs to allow WorldRes properties to receive confirmed online reservations from consumers through The Bed & Breakfast Channel(TM) web site (http://bbchannel.com).

Travelers will receive confirmed online reservations instantly at the over 400 participating WorldRes properties. Formerly, travelers making online reservations at those properties needed to send a reservation request via e-mail or contact the innkeeper by telephone or fax.

"Inns & Outs and WorldRes have both been a major promoter of inns and bed and breakfasts on the Internet," said Inns&Outs founder and President Eric Goldreyer. "This agreement represents great benefits for both travelers and innkeepers utilizing The Bed & Breakfast Channel web site."

"Inns&Outs' The Bed & Breakfast Channel is a logical addition to our distribution network, since we have many goals in common," said Scott Potter, vice president of business development for WorldRes. "This relationship provides inns and bed and breakfasts with a winning combination--the latest Internet technology and the leading online promoter for this market."

The WorldRes collection of properties features distinctive bed and breakfasts, inns and independent hotels, many of which are not directly bookable through most major travel web sites.  Properties maintain current rates and inventory on the WorldRes system. This and other information is distributed to WorldRes' network of marketing partners, including major travel, destination and activity web sites, call centers and travel agents.

Through its Network affiliate program, The Bed & Breakfast Channel web site provides information on bed & breakfasts and inns to the top travel and destination information Internet sites including Microsoft Expedia, Internet Travel Network (ITN), Travelocity, TheTrip.com, DiveIn, Travelweb, Travelogix, and more.
