Company Overview
Global Hospitality Solutions, LLC. offers an integrated
Windows based CRS / PMS
(Central Reservation System / Property Management System) solution for
the hospitality industry. It is the first commercially available integrated
solution that addresses the long standing demands of the small and medium
sized chains. This economically attractive single source solution increases
occupancy and yields by offering guests the convenience of FALCON CRS to
book hotels over voice, GDS and Internet channels while smoothly and efficiently
coordinating the operations of your hotel with the JAGUAR PMS.
The two-way interface between the products offers an unprecedented opportunity
for hotels to provide superior service to guests, imaginative marketing
programs, higher operational efficiencies and the ability to compete on
par or above with larger mega chains. The integrated system makes it possible
to collect accurate guest history data and to use it as a resource. In
the information age that is the ultimate weapon to gain ones fair share
of the market.
All this is made possible by out of the box thinking, over 20+ years
hotel technology experience and creative use of technology that leverages
the advantages of Microsoft and Intel Pentium based architecture. Using
Object oriented Client/Server technology with MS SQL Server as the database,
the integrated system provides a user friendly Windows based GUI interface.
The full featured JAGUAR PMS system offers all of the standard front
desk functionality plus detailed statistical reporting and interfaces to
all major ancillary systems including back office call accounting, voice
mail, credit card processing, sales and catering and in-room services.
Full integration with the FALCON CRS allows bi-directional transfer of
reservations, ability to sell last room, ability to oversell and facilitates
the collection of accurate guest reservations and stay history information
for building a data warehouse for use with mass customized marketing programs.
Two versions of the JAGUAR PMS are available to accommodate any size property.
The FALCON CRS system utilizes Internet or dedicated networks for wide
and local area networks. Use of Internet / Intranet creates a cost effective
WAN suitable for small and emerging chains. This innovative technology
allows any hotel chain to provide customized services to guests, travel
agents, wholesalers, and corporate accounts. A number of these services
are made possible through the use of web based applications that do not
require distribution of software and therefore can be easily maintained.
Providing such services leads to higher occupancy and customer satisfaction.
The systems also facilitate uniform implementation of business policies
for improving yield, while simultaneously collecting data for sophisticated
yield management applications.
The integrated solution can be licensed as a customizable off-the shelf
solution. If there is a priority to implement one part of the solution
first, then it can be accomplished by licensing the component as individual
product as well. The PMS product is offered based on number of rooms at
the properties and the interfaces needs. The CRS product is offered based
on the number of properties in CRS (ranging for emerging chains of 10 properties
to over 1000 properties for large chains) and the various optional modules
desired. |
